The Spotify app may have frozen or had a random glitch. The quickest solution to try is to close and then reopen Spotify. If you're using Spotify on the desktop, select File Quit Spotify. In the Spotify mobile app, close and reopen the app. Spotify has a Microsoft Store app & also a separate regular program. If the regular program you can right click the Taskbar, choose Task Manager & click on the Startup tab. There you can disable it from starting. Use the app to play music files stored on your device, which we call local files.
If you are not able to stop Spotify from starting automatically Windows 10 startup using the first method (using Startup and Window Behaviour settings), then you can follow this method where we are going to use Task Manager to disable Spotify on startup.
